    Awesome album BTW.

Second best Sabbath lead singer and best Rainbow lead singer. And his solo stuff is great too. He had the quintessential Heavy Metal voice. Even better live than on his albums. Very sad day. RIP

I've never been a huge metal fan, but I always liked Sabbath and thought Dio was great. Sorry to hear this was true.

Burn down the disco. Hang the blessed DJ. Because the music that he constantly plays, it says nothing to me about my life.

A true metal legend. I grew up listening to him in Black Sabbath and then his solo band. "Heaven and Hell", "Mob Rules", "Holy Diver" and "Last in Line" are personal favs for me.

Strange that Ozzy Osbourne would outlive RJD. Back in the early 80's no one would have bet on that.
Small market fan... always hoping, but never expecting.

Ditto on Heaven and Hell, Holy Diver and Last in Line also probably my favorite is Rainbow in the Dark. R.I.P RJD

I'm still in shock....less than a month ago he told people at the Golden Gods (Metal's award show) that he was feeling great and that things were getting better....

    R.I.P. Ronnie...
