Think of the way our defense has improved over the last few seasons. We have Bruce in right instead of an aging Griffey. We have Stubbs in Center instead of a rotating circus out there. We have Gomes in right (bad) but we can bring in good bench defensive replacements late in the game. We have Rolen instead of Edwin and Cabrera at short. They have been nothing less of sensational defensive players.
Gallardo will go against Cueto tomorrow.

I went to a church function and recorded the game from the second inning on and just finished watching it. So many times I would watch something and I would want to post in the game thread and I would remember, oh yeah, that happened two hours ago.
