    Hey Dusty,

How do you expect people to complain about your lineups if you keep sticking with one that works? Give the people what they want - a reason to complain. Bakermetrics demand that you stop playing around and bat the centerfielder in the leadoff spot, you know, like you're supposed to. Selling out for a winning record is so UNCOOL. Keep the faith, brother. Speed thrills.

My complaints are so small compared to how big they used to be.

heres a thought, if the pitching continues to pitch well and giving quality starts do we drop a reliever and add a bench player?

Who? Valaika? Dorn is hurt. Many of the other players should be playing every day. Plus there is already an empty spot on the bench for another player. His name is Miguel Cairo.

Drew Sutton plays 1st Base. He can replace Cairo. He's played 1st base 10 times so far this year, so I assume they are trying to get him prepared to take Cairo's spot. The problem is, he's not hitting at Louisville. But, as a Switch-hitter, and someone who can play every spot except Catcher, he'd be a much more valuable asset than Cairo. He's also faster and a much better defender.

Valaika and Dorn (when he gets back) should take Cairos and Nix places.

    They wont though.

I'd also like to see 34-year old Corky Miller promoted. (.329/.390/.562/.952)

Sorry, but a guy that strikes out almost 1/3 of the time in AAA is not the answer.

I'd be fine with that, yet, as you said, it won't happen.

Alonso needs to be playing every day in LF. I do not want to see him in the bigs yet.
