Maybe the guys on the big league team aren't just pushing each other and their strong performances are now trickling down to the farm teams or maybe it's just that Price's idea's are starting to catch on throughout the whole organization.Either way things are looking good.
I think Travis Wood has a solid major league future ahead of him. When I watched him pitch on TV in spring training, I came away impressed with his stuff. His fastball appeared to be sneaky fast, and he also threw some good cutters and changeups. I think there's a good chance we see him in Cincinnati at some point this season, either as a spot starter or out of the bullpen.

Atended the first game the Mudcats played tonight and sat really near the Mudcat's bullpen. I asked Valiquette about Daryl Thompson and he says he's fine. Cats win game one tonight a on a walk off home run.
Heck of a start for Wood. It'd be interesting to see him plugged into our bullpen at some point. He could be a great innings eater in the 6th and 7th if his stuff jumps a tick or two like I think it would. Lincoln is just poor.
