    Burrell signed by Giants. Headed to minors.

    I wouldn't call the trade bad. They got Cabrera in that deal who is one of the best players in the league and is having a MVP type season. Plus he is only 27. That alone is worth Miller, who has struggled even in the minors, and Maybin, who has not lived up to expectations. Of course the Tigers resigned Dontrelle, so that was a mistake. Yet that is just money.
