Anyone think Miller will get a start this series?

Game doesn't look good on paper.

Idk. Bronson handled the Cards well in both of his previous starts this season, 17 IP, 3 ER. Garcia is good, but the Reds have some righties who are mashing. I think the Reds have a solid chance.

I was thinking I'm glad Arroyo's starting this game.

Much has been made of Ubaldo Jimenez and his absurd 0.88 ERA (512 ERA+!!) on the season, but Jaime Garcia is right behind him with his ERA sitting at a ridiculous 1.14 (358 ERA+).

Is this kid ever going to come back to Earth?

I think he will start Lecure's game because they've worked together so much.

Jaime Garcia's BABIP is .255. When that normalizes a bit (.300), and the league sees him a time or two, his ERA will come up.... While 7.32 K/9 is good, the 3.9 BBs per nine is not that great.

Garcia got a good call on strike one to Cairo...it was outside by a couple of inches.
