    BP knew exactly what it was doing

    Here's one of their ads from 1999:
    Central Division Champions - 1996, 2000, 2002, 2004-6, 2009
    NL Champions 2004, 2006, 2011
    World Champions 2006, 2011

    BP didn't even have that logo in 1999 I think? Used to be the shield. Might've gotten a laugh from me if it had that little nugget of nostalgia.

    Yea that new logo certainly isnt from 1999. Maybe 2009 or 8 at the earliest.

    We've had the new logo for a few years now, but it definitely wasn't the logo in 1999.
