    OGT: Cards @ Dodgers

Just in case anyone is watching this game I thought I would start a game thread.

The Cards put in a wierd lineup tonite. No Rasmus, Molina or Freese.

Hawksworth-less gave up 2 to L.A. in the 1st, then Ludwick hit a solo HR in the 2nd.....

You didn't hear me say this, but if I had to pick a night that I left some of the better guys out of the lineup (to rest) it would be a night that the other team in first place lost.

The Cardinals are catching up to their own talent, have the Reds seen their peak???

I think it's too early to say, Com. But the Cards most expensive talent, Matt Holliday is not doing much so far, and the middle infielders are leading the world in errors. (and not hitting either)

BTW, LaRussa had this lineup penciled in last night.

Agreed. The Cardinals WILL lose 2 of 3 in the shape they are in now. (lotta injuries)

That 3 run bomb sealed the deal. 10-1 now! Time to watch Leno.

Wouldn't it be nice to see the Card's 1st baseman sit for 6 staight? I wonder how their offense would do without him in the lineup?

Someone like Felipe Lopez will go on a power tear. Tony always finds a way.
