    26. Ryan LaMarre OF Michigan - A real gamer, 6′2 and 200 lbs with plus plus speed, LaMarre might be the most exciting player taken in the first round. He combines solid hit skills with above average power and all out play. He should stick as a CF which will only add to his value.

Pat (Indiana): With regards to your recent mock draft, what have you been hearing about Ryan LaMarre that made him a potential first round candidate?

Jim Callis: Has a chance to be a CF with plus-plus speed, plus bat, slightly above-average power. Great makeup helps, too.

Cole & Wilson falling so far makes me wonder if there's an injury hidden in there. I usually don't see projections fall that far for possible 1st round picks.

Funniest line from the MLB.com chat:

"Wates to Houston: Crap, there goes his chance of being developed well."

14 errors, just slightly above .900 FP%. Yikes.

    Don't pay attention to FP.

High ceiling players aren't the Buckley type. That's pretty apparent.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

IIRC Wilson was regarded as a near-impossible sign. Has a very very firm commitment to... Stanford I believe?

A lot of improvement in Lohman's bat from 2nd to 3rd college year. Maybe they see large continuing upside.

Cole was in the same situation. Unless they were taken very early or paid as if they were, those two are headed to college.
