Easily regardless of the situation. When there's only 1 out, make the 2nd out be at 2nd Base leaving the runner at 3rd (or home).

Anyone know of a cheap way to buy new baseball card wax (or is it cellophane?) packs? Is there an online site that I can buy from where the packs haven't been opened?

    It's a slight adaptation of the Pitch-To-Contact model, it's now called Run-To-Contact.

I tried to eat that stuff once and it dissolved in my mouth. It was only about 20 years old, though.
