    1-2-3 for Volquez.
How can Volquez be pitching if it says he grounded out to pitcher Bradley Boxberger? Must be a mistake there somewhere.

    Sorry. That's Boxberger.

I thought Volquez was going for Lynchburg tonight.

BP is unbelievable at times defensively. Made that look very easy.

That's the Aaron Harang I know. 2-1 Giants. Upper decker by Buster Posey. Two-out walk and a two-run jack.

Harang just can't get it out of his head to not throw these "meat" pitches to batters 3 or 4 times a game.

    Only 32 pitches.

If Harang can not throw any more "meat" pitches the rest of the game, he could get himself into the 8th inning tonight and give the bullpen a relief and hopefully keep us in this game.

I was really hoping he'd step up tonight, but he's not even trying to give us any reason for hope.

If Harang goes eight innings, I am running out and buying some lottery tickets.

Edinson Volquez comes off of his suspension on June 13th. Can he pitch in the minors while on suspension?

Apparently so, because he's scheduled to pitch Saturday, the 12th.
