Obviously a bad start to the game for Aaron, but come on guys. Some of you are making it sound as if he's a AAA starter. Hearing Dusty talk about him as an "ace" still is frustrating, but he's still a decent starter to have around. But at this stage of his career, he's a #4 starter or so. And yes, he'd been much better lately.

How did the Dodgers get their runs? Thanks for any PBP or inning summaries in advance.

The good news is we should see Jordan Smith pitch tonight.

Lead off double, walk, fly out, single to score 1, double to score 1, sac fly to score #3. Now a walk.

He CLEARLY doesn't have it tonight.

Harang is so bad that it's difficult to watch. He has nothing.

    on a playoff team he's not a number 4 or 5 starter.
there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

Maybe because in his last 9 starts he is 5-2 with a 3.93 ERA, 44-13 K/W ratio.

The most runs he's given up in any of those 9 games is 4.

The fun part tonight is he can't get anything over but his fastball, and he doesn't throw 97.

    It really is batting practice.

Disagree. Things are blow out of proportion obviously because he's struggling so badly tonight. But when he's on, he's VERY good.

He'll have excellent games and stinkers, but on average he's a middle of the road starter and an innings eater. Not a bad thing to have.

You think Harang is VERY good when he's on? He's pitched in what my opinion the best he's capable of in the last nine starts and his era is still around 4. That's VERY good?
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.
