    Battle of Ohio

This is the kind of series a serious contender has take if not sweep. Also it's imperative that they do such because the Cards have Kansas City and will probably do the same.

    Re: Battle of Ohio

The cards definitely will not sweep KC at home.

KC can freaking hit. They were ripping us apart. I think Stl could lose 2 out of 3 from them in KC just like we did.

At best they take two out of three.

So if we sweep we got 1st back. If we take 2 out of 3 we may still get 1st back. If not stay a .5 back.

Agree. The Cards will in fact lose 2 of 3 if Garcia wins tonite over Greinke. It's up to the Reds to take advantage.

K.C. has little to look forward to exept reliving their '85 WS win over St. Louis every year in these games. I don't know the exact numbers, but they have kicked the Cards butts pretty good.

Who will LaRussa bat DH tonite? Aaron Miles?
