Next Wednesday's Reds/Mets game picked up by ESPN

The Reds will make another appearance on ESPN when the Mets host the Reds on Wednesday, July 7. This is the first Reds road game on national TV since at least 2008.

Monday, April 5 - St. Louis @ Cincinnati - ESPN
Wednesday, June 2 - St. Louis @ Cincinnati - ESPN
Wednesday, July 7 - Cincinnati @ New York Mets - ESPN
    Saturday, July 31 - Atlanta @ Cincinnati - FOX

The Reds made three appearances last season on national TV, none of which were road games.

(I am not including MLB Network as a national TV network)

I'm not sure what you're talking about the Reds were on ESPN against the Cardinals in St. Louis within the last month or so.

If it's in New York does it still get blacked out in the Cincinatti market?

If you can get the FSN broadcast you're good. They are broadcasting that game.

That game was on ESPN. It was blacked out in the Cincinnati area in favor of ESPNEWS. The game still aired on FS Ohio but the rest of the country watched too.

FSN is fine for me I don't really like to watch games on ESPN... They're always getting interrupted for some update or when they wanna talk about strasburg

Hopefully the Nats aren't playing with Strasburg on the hill. ESPN is about to piss me off with all of the HYPE. I know his stuff is awesome, but come on. I was watching the Reds the other day and they cut in to the Nats and eventually left the Reds altogether. I think it was MLB Network, but still I would think ESPN would do the same if Strasburg was pitching.
