I can see this. Maybe it doesn't take as much to amuse me.

I thought this looked interesting as well. I was left a little deflated. Worth watching though IMO.

barney's version ..paul giamatti, dustin hoffman

ehh..not sure. with the exception of the rosamund pike character (wife #3), and her and barney's 2 children (one played by jake hoffman..dustin's son), the characters weren't very likeable (esp. giamatti's title one), plus it was longish...ehh..

    Just saw "The Debt".

    Simply brilliant.

Helen Mirren, Jessica Chastain, Jesper Christansan and Sam Worthington should all get Academy Award nominations from their performances.

Forgot another one, Following. Not one of Nolan's best, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good...

I thought Following was pretty good, though it certainly doesn't compare to Memento, which is easily his best film.

Besides Insomnia, I'm not sure I'd put anything behind it. Other than Memento, Batman Begins is one underrated flick...

Got two free tix to a screening of Dolphin Tale. My 11-year-old daughter loves all things nature/animals, and this was right up her alley. This is the old school Disney formula, a good flick for the entire family.

Win Win. Not a bad rental. The spawn of Bart Giamatti was great as usual.

Saw "Drive" last night. It was certainly unexpected and the trailer for the movie is very decieving, but I did like it. If you go in thinking you are going to see Fast and the Furious or Taken that is not what this movie is at all. There is also some pretty over the top graphic violence, so if that's not your thing this isn't your movie.
