It actually was a really good movie. I would recommend it.
I just got back from seeing it. I thought it was great. Story was nothing special but everyone in it is really funny. As a big Flight of the Conchords fan, I especially enjoyed hearing Jemaine Clement say ''penguin'' a couple times.

I also saw Cyrus recently and I wish I hadn't.

Another recommendation for Dinner for Schmucks. Very very funny movie, with a surprising amount of heart.

We watched Michael Clayton last night. Such good tremendous performances in it. Tilda Swinton won the Oscar, George Clooney & Tom Wilkinson were both nominated for Oscars. Wilkinson's work is just incredible.

The fact that this is now the #3 rated movie of all time on IMDB right now just shows what's wrong with modern cinema. It's being hailed as a "truly original film", but I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one who saw 1984's "Dreamscape" starring Dennis Quaid. There were some cool effects, and the acting was definitely top notch, but as for the story...I'm sorry, I just don't see it as the greatest film of a generation like so many others.
Went out and saw the movie last night. Couple of thoughts:

    Entertaining movie.

I am still trying to digest the plot line. To me it was all over the place and it took me about half the movie to really understand what was going on.

The more and more I watch Leo's movies the more and more I like him as an actor. Quality job by him again. Ellen Page can act to.

Overall all I liken it similar to the Matrix. Interesting concept, entertaining movie, but hardly as good as people are making it out to be.

The Book of Eli. I really enjoyed what it said about faith, even in dark times. Good flick.

    Fantastic Mr. Fox

I've always been a Wes Anderson fan and he topped himself with this film. I loved it.

    "The Other Guys"

Haven't laughed this hard at a Will Ferrell movie in a long while. Seriously funny flick -- I just wish they would've gone all out and taken the "R" rating like the Hangover and Old School did. It definitely felt like they were holding back in places to get the PG-13.

Went and saw Salt tonight. Awful!!!! It made 24 seem realistic. And 10 minutes into the movie I knew who the REAL bad guy was going to be and I turned out to be right.

Saw Inception yesterday. I liked how the ending let's the audience determine for themselves what happened. The movie is a test if you're an optimist/pessimist.

The previews for that look fun, but I don't know if I can do another "Michael Cera's Nerdy/Awkward Character Somehow Manages to Land Hot Girl" movie.
