    in their Ultimate franchise list.

    Certainly an interesting project, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.

    bang for the buck
    fan relations
    affordiblity of tickets
    etc


    Championships are only 1 of 8 criteria.

    The Reds finished 43rd out of 122.

    Not that great, but roughly top third.

    I'm kind of surprised the Phillies finished as high as they did, since sometimes the stadium experience there can be a bit...nauseating.

    it's strange that the Lakers venue rated higher than the clippers and LA Kings. They all play at Staples.

    It is strange that the Lakers venue rated higher than the Clippers and LA Kings. All three play at Staples.

    Washington Capitals: 26, Washington Wizards: 103

    Chicago Blackhawks: 14, Chicago Bulls: 78

    Dallas Mavericks: 25, Dallas Stars: 64

    Philadelphia Flyers: 59, Philadelphia 76ers: 109

    Probably has to do with gameday atmosphere.
