Only thing I would change is Gomes in left batting sixth.

Wow. That's beyond surprising. Both Stubbs & Gomes could use a day off. But even more than that, I'm shocked by Janish in the 8 hole and Chris in the 2.

First time I've seen Cueto in person. He is not a tall man...
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Lee lines a hit to left center. Heisey bobbles it and Lee goes to 2nd. Double

Wow, Dusty remembered Janish is on the team! I like the lineup today and I hope they can put up a huge run total again.

BTW-Gotta agree with Thom and Chris that there shouldn't be more than one Cub on the All Star team this year (probably Byrd).
"I tried to play golf, but I found out I wasn't very good." -Joey Votto on his offseason hobby search

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”
