    Hanigan singles.

Boxberger pitches the sixth. One K, one BB, no runs. He's sporting a 14 plus ERA.

Boxberger done after another sub par outing. Why is Boxberger in Carolina? He would be better served back at Lynchburg. Chattanooga up 8-4.

Boxberger does not seem to do well at the relief role. Few more tries and I would throw him back in the starting rotation, unless this whole move was to limit innings.

Also, looks like Yorman Rodriguez is out of the starting line up AGAIN. Any other updates?

I don't know why he's in a relief role to be honest. Too many starters here? I'm going to ask around.

Volquez gets the win for the Bats pitching five innings. K'd 4 and walked 3. Anybody got anything more than a boxscore?

Watched the game as described earlier in the thread. He looks like a guy who major leaguers will kill. His defense turned in several DPs and the minor league hitters chased stuff to help him out. I thought he looked like a guy who wouldn't be an upgrade in any rotation spot at this point. JMO, but I'd give him a couple more starts. Not sure when his rehab time runs out.
