    What was the 1990 team's nickname? The 1999 team? Let's make some history first and then decide what history call us. Being up 2 games in July is great, but giving ourselves nickname screams Napoleon Complex to me.
    Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    I don't know about nickname, but I remember "Red October" being used often during 1990.
