Pretty interesting article here... I especially liked this quote in regards to Rolen talking to BP about his home run trot.

I've never thought he pimped it that hard honestly.

I actually remember Phillips running around the bases pretty good now that I think about it thinking thats not his normal HR trot. Might have been the 14-3 game in Chicago.
