Buster Olney says the Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever

    From Buster Olney's twitter:

Heard this: The Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever. Pure speculation: You wonder if Kerry Wood would be a good fit.

Wood is too expensive and has put up bad numbers this year. Pass.

    Danny Graves?

(Go ahead and give me the middle finger for that post. I deserve it. And tell me "Go back to Columbus.")

Only if we can make you feel small at the same time.
My favorite shirt of all time was the one Red Reporter put out "We boo because you suck."

What I'd give to be able to get one of those.

I want Leo Nunez from the Marlins. He turns 27 in August and is having an excellent season: 36.2 IP, 9.08 K/9, 2.21 BB/9, 2.95 ERA. Maybe the Reds can put together a package for Ricky Nolasco and Leo Nunez.

    Joakim Soria.

If I'm shooting, I'm aiming high.

Agree wholeheartedly. Soria is worth paying a small ransom for.

There's a lot of RH relievers out there. We should be able to come away with 2-3 and really rebuild this bullpen without increasing payroll by a significant amount.

I wouldn't mind seeing Kerry Wood ride into town for the pennant race.
