I want to see Garcia finally get hammered. He has been less and less effective for some time now it seems.
"He looked like a surfer kid from SoCal," manager Dusty Baker says. "He didn't say much, but you could tell he was cool."

Looks like Garcia is going to need to get hammered for the Mets to win this one.

One of the worst outings of Santana's career.

Yup, the Reds are just going to have to do it themselves. We cannot depend on other teams.

Santana just got paid $100,000 per pitch that inning. Nice inning Johan.

anyone know what the deal was with the ceremonial first pitch? they just said it took a long time before santana was able to throw the first pitch of the game, and that the guy asked for his autograph or something... any ideas?

Lopez playing really solid 3rd base tonight, making a few tricky plays look easy.

I joined the game in the second inning, so I don't have any info the on the first pitch/pre-game. :|
