I could understand it if Paul were struggling or the starter at his position were putting up ungodly numbers, but it's not exactly the case. It won't be much longer before the starting pitchers start accumulating more AB's than Paul. Even Corky's got more AB's. *sigh*
~edit~ Just for clarification, I'm a Heisey fan too and I'd like to see him play more as well. But if anybody needs the call for playing time, it ain't Chris.

I have been losing interest in the Reds recently. So far Bob/Walt have done nothing to improve the team. Dusty runs the same guys out there night after night. The status quo won't be enough (IMO) & I don't want to get all excited over the playoff chase if I think we'll simply fall short.
