So the Reds say that Chapman has hit 103 on the radar gun huh? Didn't they say that Volquez was hitting 98 consistently in his rehab starts? The highest I've seen him hit the gun since he's been up here is 96. For the most part, he's been around 95.
I'm expecting more like 98 to 99 when he gets up here, which still ain't bad.
