In the bottom of the eighth inning, Frank Robinson was ejected by home plate umpire Doug Harvey for arguing a called second strike. Reds manager Dick Sisler was also ejected after coming to Robinson's defense, and Robinson was fined $150 and suspended for two games by the NL. (I would guess that Robbie either bumped Harvey or threw equipment.) Charlie James finished the at-bat for the Reds and struck out (the K was charged to Robinson). James then remained in the game in RF.
