    Thats your opinion, as well as Verducci's. Its not everyones. I'm not going to get into this too much because its a game thread, but the guy has been on a 5 man rotation for 5 years now. You think he wasn't throwing when he was injured in the minors to get back?

    Absurd. Absolutely absurd. At what point should he have been pulled? You brought this up when Soriano hit one to the Ivy. At that point he had faced 5 batters in the inning. How many pitches should they limit him to in that position? Anything over 10 and he's out? What should his pitch count have been?

    Hawksworth should have been warming up before the inning, in case Wood got to 4 batters.
