Aroldis Chapman rated as having best fastball and breaking ball in IL

    From John Fay's blog:

International League: Aroldis Chapman, best fastball and best breaking ball; Chris Valaika, best defensive second baseman; Wladimir Balentien, best outfield arm.

Now if only he can get rated as having the best control in the IL.
"He looked like a surfer kid from SoCal," manager Dusty Baker says. "He didn't say much, but you could tell he was cool."

Even if he had the most average control in the IL he'd be in Cinci before he could get any better.
