I want a danged sweep tomorrow after that stupid Cardinals series. Tough pitcher going in Sanchez, but we beat their ace last night. Hopefully Homer brings it tomorrow.
after being swept by the cardinals and looking not motivated at all, we come out and we beat the fish 2 straight and end up with a tie in the central with the cardinals yet again, shows you the resilency of this ballclub.
Cordero just looks so hittable, and he keeps walking so many batters, even ones that aren't very good.. He is not fooling hitters. I have been supporting him, but at this point I think they should try using a Cordero/Chapman or Massett/Chapman closer tandem. I always liked having a LHP/RHP duo like the Nasty Boys-Myers and Dibble. Chapman is almost impossible for lefty hitters even at this stage in his development.
I really doubt Cordero could get 3 outs with out walking in a run if batters just took every pitch.
