Denove doubles, moves to third on a wild pitch and scores on a ground out. Carolina tied at 1. Medina replaces Carroll to start the 8th.

Dave Sappelt leads off the 5th inning with a triple. He's now 3-for-3 with a double and triple. He needs a HR for the cycle.

Sappelt 3 for 3. Just a HR from the cycle. Cozart drives him in 3-1.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

That would be awesome if he could pull that off.

Louisville now has a 4-1 lead in the top of the 5th inning and have runners on first and second with two outs for Mesoraco. He gets ahead in the count 2-0. Swing and a miss to make it 2-1. Ball 3. Ball 4. Second straight walk for Mesoraco.

Carroll's strong outing comes up short, 2-1. Medina takes the loss for Carolina.
