Cochran will likely be activated to take Klink's spot. That's just my guess.

From what I understand, DT and Fairel are done for the year.

I'll be interested in seeing what Cincy does with DT. Hope both the guys come back healthy. Thanks for the update.

If he would have finished the year strong he might have gotten a September call up but now I'm pretty sure they'll let him walk as a free agent.

This may be way early but there is a flood warning for county that the Mudcats are in. Dunno if it is raining there right now but its' raining where I am (20 mins away). The warning doesn't let up until 7:30, so it may get called.

The DSL Reds opened their playoffs today against the Rangers. No score reported yet.

Carlos Sanchez, the 19-year-old first baseman, finished among the top five in the league in BA, OBP, OPS and total bases.

I'm guessing this means Harang will not start Wednesday for the Bats? Or maybe Eymann down and Klinker as a reliever. Hopefully not Cozart or Mesoraco to the DL.

I don't see Klinker as a reliever at all.

Neither do I. Which makes me think he will start in place of Harang.

    Bats @ Tribe

    Sappelt CF
    Valaika SS
    Alonso 1B
    Balentien RF
    Francisco 3B
    Frazier LF
    Castillo 2B
    Miller C
    Reineke P

Looks like Sweet has moved Frazier out of the cleanup slot.

Izzy has left the Bats and has gone home for the rest of the season.

Klinker will get the start on Wed instead of Harang.

Cozart had x-rays on his forearm. They were negative.
