    Weekend series vs. Pirates

Well any ballplayer you talk to will tell you the crowd is a HUGE help in games. So with the games this weekend at home, and the HUGE Pete Rose celebration on Sat, what kind of crowds do you think we will see?

I'll be there for all 3 but I have no idea what kind of crowds to expect. I expected much more for Chapman's debut but there were less than 20k. Weather looks like it might be sketchy on Friday and Saturday so I'm sure that won't help.

Anything under 30k is an embarrassment.
What if this is as good as it gets?

I will be there on Sat. I am coming down early to watch the Buckeyes at a bar before the game. Any suggestions somewhere close to the stadium to go?
    Reds fan forever!

Anywhere in Newport, from there it's a short walk across the river.

I've heard the Bellevue Vets has $2 22 ounce drafts before the game and there is a shuttle that will take you to and from GABP for a dollar or so. I'm going to give it a try this weekend, I think.
