Well at least I didn't say LP or album or record. Shall I change it to collection of musical compilations?

I realized that there is the full cut of While My Guitar Gently Weeps up in the upper righthand corner. Very nice, smooth version with India.Arie & Yo Yo Ma

Thats a pretty interesting guest line up there. Kinda cool. Would have been nice to see him avoid Rob Thomas, but hey it worked last time....$$$

Interested to hear the Cornell and Weiland tracks in particular.

I couldn't drop 15 bucks on this, but I'd like to hear the "Riders on the Storm" with Manzerek. Too many current rock radio voices on this for me to be interested. "Smoke on the Water" reminds me of a small local country show I saw recently where, while the singer was calling out for requests, I heard a hobo crack "oh god, not Smoke on the Water" out of nowhere. It was hilarious, kind of like "play Freebird!" (which is old) but in reverse.

I'm interested in hearing Manzerek on that one too. His keyboard playing on the original was a nice sweet jazzy sort of thing.

My usual "request" is Ina Gadda da Veda (sp?), even called it out at a Riders in the Sky concert at the Zoo. He jokingly called for security.

I've been a Santana fan since about 1969. My son gave me Santana Abraxas on CD for Father's Day. I have now owned the album, 8-track, cassette, and CD.

"Under the Bridge" is one of my favorite songs and the RHCP original version is currently my ringtone.
