Looking at this list makes me feel like Dusty has a good shot at the HOF. I assume he has another 10+ years or so managing and depending on his teams he should make it into the top ten all-time win category.

For a guy who could not manage his way out of a paper bag, according to many on this board, 1400 wins is not too bad.
