    Division Series Open Thread

Figured having a thread to discuss the other games might be nice.

    Rays and Rangers just underway.

I am rooting for the Rays to take the AL Pennant. Love that team.

    Hamilton is a decent hitter.

Vlad and Hamilton both currently have a playoff OPS of 2.000

So what you are saying is that they are only 40% as good as they could be?

Indeed. The glass is half empty! Actually, it's 60% empty. :

Not sure who to root for. I've rooted for both a lot the past 3 years, although the Twins are my favorite AL team.

I'm interested to see how Cliff Lee does in this game.

If he channels his 2009, The Rangers might just make it through.

I think he threw one off speed pitch.

I'd probably do the same if I had David Price's fastball.

Not a bad approach when you can get away with it. It lets you save your junk for later in the game.

I was just about to say I wouldn't want Jason Bartlett leading off if I were a Rays fan, and he gets a single against Lee.

    Shows what I know.

Chapman throws like 8 MPH harder than Price.

    I had to say it.

Carl Crawford just tried to take Cliff Lee out of the game with one swing.
