The best PA announcement made after the game this afternoon: "The next Reds home game is yet to be determined and will be announced as soon as it is set" How AWESOME to not hear that the next home game is the following season's Opening Day game! OCTOBER BASEBALL BABY!!!

BTW-Here are just a few of my fave pics from Tuesday night:

Jay not long before he hit the game winning HR!

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

The regular season is over, and the Reds are still playing. Today's a good day. Bring on the Phillies!

Conspiracy theory. The umpire is looking where Jay's home run landed. I bet that is where the signal was stolen (inside the batter's eye?) so that Jay was ready for that meatball.

I think I was too busy being stunned that our postseason dreams were coming true with a walk off HR to focus on anything else! I was also so excited about the win that I seriously forgot to start taking pictures of anything until the jumping pile of Reds players was more past the pitching mound than at home plate, LOL

$165 for two tickets in the upper deck. A little expensive but I'm willing to pay that for playoff tickets.

If we beat PHI and ATL beats SF, do we have home field vs. ATL (because they are the WC)?

I know we have same record, but they beat us in the head-to-head series 3-2.

    Just curious.

Yes we do. Wild card teams do not ever have home field advantage - unless ATL were to get to the World Series.

Yes. A division winner always has homefield advantage over a wild card winner.

Do you get your money back if they don't make it?

Yes, but they send a nice little note that the ticket processing fee can't be refunded.

The best is the fact you have to pay a fee to print your own tickets...

I'm kind of rooting for a Reds-Rangers world series.. I really like seeing the ovations various players get when they return places, and I want to see Josh Hamilton at GABP
