Are they having a gum chewing contest on the mound?

    This umpiring makes me sick
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

The umps can't call that anyway can they? The team has to appeal?

Guys, put the ump complaints away for a bit. They have hurt but the Reds have little excuse.

On a side note, Chris Heisey has an absolute basket for a glove.

If you were writing up a script for the most embarrassing way to show up in the playoffs, you could not come up with what the Reds have delivered in less than 2 games.

You notice how all these blown calls seem to screw over the small market teams. Don't want to sound like a conspiracy person but these things never seem to happen to the Yankees and Phillies.

So the guys with the "stuff "proves that "stuff" isn't everything. How surprising that we are down two after being up 4-0. Why does this offense go to sleep in the middle innings? Makes no sense.

Utley should have never reached base. That is my issue. That is directly on the ump and a blown call. I do agree that the belly aching is bad but I am a fan.

Are you seriously going to blame Chapman for this? SERIOUSLY?

Never had one of my teams choke so bad in a big game.

Everyone had a hand in this debacle.

I agree, the Utley call was awful but this inning could have been avoided no problem.

Yeah, umps aside, the Reds have looked like a High School baseball team too tight to play in the State Championship
