Karmic payback to Oswalt for all those years?

Rolen grounds out to Oswalt. 4-0 Reds mid 5th.

Talk about small ball and manufacturing a run.
That hit was plenty fair. Atleast by a quarter of an inch.

Glad to see a low pitch count for Oswalt that inning.....we need him in there for a few more.

He might be done anyway. Due up third.

Rolen has had some very weak ABs here lately.

Not making excuses, but I think the back's been bothering him for months. You can't hit regularly without a strong foundation.

I'd consider moving Rolen down in the order. Move Bruce up against righties.

They can activate whoever they want if he's done for the series. Valaika, Edmonds, Miller...though I don't think Valaika is there.

I'd rather have Rolen 4th than Gomes

lol at the announcers being more concerned about O-Cab than us.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
