That's where credit is due, IMO.
    Sure.

He's done that a couple times. Kind of like his jumping at the first pitch thing he does.

Cabrera had a rather miniscule .657 OPS to begin with. Now he's not even 100% by everyone's admission, and as of a day ago, was being contemplated replacing him on the roster. Throw in air-mailing routine throws to first, and it's just common sense that he should not be starting tonight. I just don't know how that can be argued.

It's just part of debating. It's hard for people to admit they were wrong after being snarky and rude to others before about the same player.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

I've yet to see anyone argue that Brutus. What's been argued is that Cabrera made a nice/fantastic/average play that saved a run.

And it's not even like this is a referendum on Cabrera and who is better between he and Janish. I think Janish is, but I understand the arguments for both. But when we're talking about a very unhealthy Cabrera, it becomes a lopsided comparison.

I'm so sick of hearing about post-season experience. Talent trumps experience.

    Did that one hit Utley?
    Hope isn't a strategy

Yep. The 1990 Reds weren't exactly loaded with playoff experience.

Wow, I'm actually impressed with TBS. They actually called out all the mistakes the umpires made with Utley.

Ditto. I was expecting it to be glossed over.
