Despite how it ended, this team gave us a great season. Yes, I admit to being disappointed, but I'm still proud of how this team played this year. After years of praying for at least a 500 season, to have them win the division was *fabulous*. They're a young team, and I am confident that this is just the beginning.
It's kind of sad it ended in this way.

Well, I root for whatever AL team goes on now. I can't follow another NL team, I'd feel disloyal.

i hate the AL too much to ever cheer 4 them. for whats its worth it makes us look better if the Phillies do well
I am toasting the Reds via a final beer tonight. What a great season. I think our team ERA was in the low 2's in this series.
A great experience for the pitchers plus the other players getting their "feet wet".
