    Arrivederci Dino De Laurentiis

I came across this piece from one of the advertising links here on RZ about Dino de Luarentiis, who passed away yesterday at the age of 91. It's by the author of the book that become the movie Three Days of the Condor. The man made a plethora of movies, to say the least.

Here's a link to his IMDB page

My wife & I went to something last Saturday and we saw an old friend from church there. Later I said to someone else that I thought the guy (an older man) looked pretty good. The other friend said he thought he looked like hell. I responded that I didn't even know the guy was still alive, so given that, I thought he looked pretty good!

An awful lot of bad movies.

But, with the huge volume, he hit on a few during "The Godfather" era with...."Deathwish", "Serpico", and "The Valachi Papers".

Yes, my mistake. I misread it.
