A lot of people will go for Boxberger, but I see him as a reliever personally. I like Ryan LaMarre, the human tool shed with numbers to match.

Casting the first vote in what will probably be a long campaign for Juan Duran, who I still think can be special.

I voted for Boxberger but Duran is next on my list. All in all, Duran had a solid 2010 season cosidering how raw and young he is. He started off very slow and then played well the rest of the way.

    Count me in.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

I went with Lotzkar with optimism that he stays healthy.

    Boxberger.

    Then Lotzkar and Valaika.

I think Valaika needs to make the top fifteen. He looks to me like a good utility player who could play a long time in the majors.

I went with Valaika, didn't see that LeCure had been added to the list.

I went LeCure by a tiny margin over Boxberger or Lotzkar.

I have a feeling that Boxberger is becoming the Juan Francisco of the pitching side. You know--divisive. FWIW, I'm bearish on Boxberger, bullish on Juan . . . And although I voted for Valaika in this one, I can rally behind either Lotzkar or LaMarre. For one thing, they're not Boxberger.

Went Lotzkar. Great arm, big size. Put up stupid numbers at Billings. 0.45 ERA 20 innings 8 hits 33 K's and 2 walks.

Re: Who is Redszone's #13 prospect?

I've been voting for Duran since around the 6 spot so no reason to stop now. I view him as a breakout guy for next year. Last year I was voting like this alternatively between Mesoraco and Fellhauer so I got it half right by listening to doug for one and half wrong by following my gut. I am surprised Boxberger is getting this love after his poor 2ns half though memory tells me he was fine as a starter in the 1st half.

So, we already had a reliever go at #11.....

Fourth straight time I'm voting Lotzkar. Looks like I'll get another couple opportunities.
