Never had a chance to play it, but a lot of people ask me that. Should I give it a shot?

Yeah Reds, I highly recommend it. The first one is not as good as the second one but they are both worth playing. The story is one of the best stories I have ever seen in a video game series. The download content also adds a lot to both games.

Not a big video game player any more. Years ago I had an Atari 5200 which I enjoyed. Games today are too complicated for this old fart. I do enjoy the Wii though.

Since the weather has turned bad and I can't play golf the daughter and I have been squaring off on Tiger Wood's PGA Tour 2010.

The only problem is I keep getting all these text messages from call girls when I'm on the fairway.

    Tysons punchout NES & Arcade
    Tecmo Bowl NES
    Mario Bros. 1 & 3 NES
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles NES
    Excitebike NES
    XMen Sega Genesis
    Street Fighter
    Mortal Kombat

    Metal Gear
    Syphon Filter
    COD Series
    Oblivion
    Fallout series
    NCAA Football

    PS3:

    MLB 10 The Show
    Red Dead Redemption
    NCAA Football
Madden--really back on the old PS2, now they aren't worth buying
Any of the Grand Theft Auto Games

Honestly, MLB 10 the Show for baseball hardcore fans is the most realistic sports game ever made. It's highly addictive

    Re: Favorite Video Games

You guys are listing some nice games. I loved Excitebike when I was a kid.

Ghosts, you are right about MLB 10 The Show. I'm working on a player right now who has played in the majors 7 years but has 520 HR, over 2000 hits, a .509 BA, and 1600 RBIS. He holds all the major records including a 61 game hitting streak and 106 HR's in a single season, lol. I would like to some how figure out his WAR.

The thing I also love about that game is that you can bring back old school players like Rogers Hornsby and Walter Johnson. The Cardinals team had a lineup of Pujols, Holliday, Rasmus, Robin Yount, Rogers Hornsby, Brooks Robinson, Nolan Ryan, Don Drysdale, Walter Johnson, Adam Wainwright, Chris Carpenter, Dennis Eckersley, and Goose Gossage. I think one season I lost only 20 games with that lineup.

    Re: Favorite Video Games

I only gave MLB 10 The Show a few chances. But the Pirates would crush me on the easiest difficult setting. I haven't touched it since probably June. I'd think I'd really enjoy it if I wasn't so pathetically bad at it.

    Re: Favorite Video Games

MVP 2005 (the one with Manny on the cover. Still play that often)
Red Dead Redemption (including Undead Nightmare)
    Command and Conquer (Zero Hour)
    GTA Series

Used to like Madden, but they've overcomplicated the game. Sometimes the KISS method is best.

If you haven't played Red Dead Redemption yet, do yourself a favor. Good storyline and characters and a LOT to do.
