Just finished up the show. Fantastic. I'm sold. They will get at least a season out of me unless they totally screw it up.

2 episodes left for Halt and Catch Fire. If Turn got renewed, then by GAWD, this better too. I repeat, fantastic show. Check it out!

I watch it and while it's OK, it's nothing to write home about. Now that they have built the computer, where are they going to go from there?

I agree. I've stuck it out so far but I'm barely hanging on. I haven't yet watched the latest episode but the opening scene in the previous week's episode was just the worst.

If we're talking about the first few episodes, I agree - it started off a little dull, but only because they were settings things up. What we're seeing now is the payoff from numerous seeds they painstakingly planted in earlier episodes. The last 5-6 episodes, in particular, have been as good of television as I've seen in a long while. Sunday night's episode, especially, was full of drama. High hopes. Disillusions. Disappointments. Compromises to get the job done. Building on another man's dream while someone else was building on yours. Changes of heart over and over. Survival. Nothing is sacred. Family, love, trust. And a final blow when you least expected is knocking you down.

The show has evolved into something special. Hopefully AMC renews it.

I doubled up yesterday and watched the latest two episodes and they were much better. For me the low point were episodes 6 and then definitely 7. That first scene in episode 7 was so stupid and then the whole story line the rest of that episode was a bore and pretty pointless. The last two were much better but I'm not really sure if I need another season.

I was enjoying "Tyrant", but this weeks episode was dumb and the direction the show is heading isn't very promising.

Huh. Everybody I've talked to about the series really seemed to enjoy those two episodes.

Either way, the ratings still suck, unfortunately. Episode 9 only got 549,000 viewers. Sharknado - 4 million.

Yes I have been following Tyrant, and I agree, that episode was just awful. The direction of the entire series, went straight into the crapper.

I'm re-watching Voyager again. It's not as bad the second time around.

I thought I disliked you, then you show that you are a trekkie...and totally redeeeeem yourself!

I will always place The Next Generation over everything else, but I really enjoy Deep Space Nine as well.

    I liked both.

Some of the quirks of the married couple really got me because it was like watching my wife and I on television. The shower scene was a perfect example. If I even touch the shower curtain my wife starts yelling at me.

I liked DS9 the best. I think it had the best overall story arcs, most interesting characters, and best single episodes. What's funny is that when it first came on, I couldn't stand it. I felt it was a cheap Babylon 5 knock off.

EDIT: This might be sacrilege but I enjoyed Enterprise more than I did TNG for some reason.

Season 4 of Enterprise was beyond excellent and it's a shame that it got canceled right when it really started to take off.
