    My updated order of preference for winning the Super Bowl:
    1. Packers
    2. Bears
    3. Start the lockout early

    It's easy to win when the NFL pulls strings for you.

    As nate would say (where is he, anyway?), "High five!"

    Come on now, that's just not honest. If anything, the NFL is working actively against teams like the Ravens and the Steelers who claim physical defensive play as their calling cards. Big hits on the QB? No more. Ball-jarring hits on WRs? Sorry, not when they're "defenseless" (which is an undefined term of art that can literally mean anytime the receiver is going for the ball and not paying attention to what's around him). Physical man-to-man coverage in the secondary? PI or illegal contact nowadays.

    I'm not even a Pittsburgh fan, and it's pretty easy to see that the NFL isn't exactly being kind to "Steeler Football" these days.

    Re: NFL Playoffs: Who Are You Rooting For?

    My dilemna is thus; my preferred order would be:
    1. Bears
    <small gap>
    2. Packers
    <another small gap>
    3. Jets
    <HUGE GAP>

    4. Steelers

    Ideally, the Bears would beat the Packers, and the Jets would beat the Steelers and all would be fine.

    But what I really can't stand to see though is the Steelers winning, and the Packers are really the best hope against the Steelers in the Super Bowl(though I'd still rate them a decided underdog.)
    I can't in good faith cheer for the Bears, because without knowing who the AFC champion is, I need the strongest NFC team left standing to beat the hated Steelers.
    Maybe if I explained my plight to Roger Goodell, he'd agree to switch the order of the games.

    Packers and I will root for the Jets to beat the Steelers but thats about it. I don't want any of the other three teams to win the Super Bowl. The team I can't stomach winning is the Steelers.

    I don't know who the other JETS' fan is, but I am one of the two who voted for them from the beginning.
