Just saw on headlines that according to TMZ the LAPD are conducting a raid on Charlie's Palace...in the picture on TMZ he is wearing a ballcap, thank God it isn't a Reds cap!

There seems to be little chance that this is going to end well. I have a sibling who struggles with addiction issues and I've seen some aspects of hypomania. Not to the extent that Sheen seems to have, but then again my sib wasn't surrounded by a bunch of sycophants, egging on this behavior. It's amazing what bottom feeders will do, like this clown who gets him on the phone for a recorded rant. He's so clearly and utterly out of control that any person with a sense of decency and caring would not encourage him.

I received this week's issue of Sports Iluustrated today. The issue has a brief section on page 20 entitled "Two-and-a-Half Degrees of Separation" regarding Sheen's sports associations. My favorite quote was one attributed to Lenny Dykstra, who said after hanging with Sheen on a yacht: "I can't keep up with him."

You knew it was only a matter of time before someone would do this.

Ironic they're starting on April 2nd. I guess that's to avoid the April fools jokes. Let's hope there isn't really a market for this kind of stuff. Will people pay to see more Charlie Sheen? The folks in my circles are saying enough already!

Radar Online is reporting that Les Moonves of CBS is trying to broker a deal to bring Sheen back to "Two and a Half Men."

The problem is, even if he does come back, the same stuff that led him to getting fired in the first place is going to happen. Charlie has to be thinking he can do anything and still keep his job because the show makes so much money.

In any case, I'm going to guess if he comes back, it will be for a 1/2 season blowout end of the show.

Everybody will make money off it, and they'll all live happily ever after because of that.

Happily ever after? I'm not so sure about that. If this ends like other substance abusers (John Belushi, Chris Farley, Kurt Cobain, Freddie Prinz, to name a few) then I can't see anyone living happily ever after.

Yea but none of those guys had Tiger Blood!

Part of me has to wonder if this was all a prearranged skit. But you also have to consider that for CBS, the writers, actors, and Charlie returning to Two in a Half Men was probably in the best interest for everyone involved.
