    I hope you're right! He's a good kid.

Check out the Residence Inn on Market St. Very, very close to the ballpark. Just 1 block away.

I am hoping to be in town on Friday of the opening weekend. Just all depends on the weather and what is going on here that night (my birthday is that Saturday, and I don't know if anyone has planned anything yet or not).

Scratch Daryl Thompson who will start in Carolina. I guess Cochran will start.

    Lehr
    Carroll
    Klinker
    Willis
    Cochran

I'm not exactly confident with that rotation.

You forgot Chad Reineke. He would be my pick for the opening day starter. Hopefully, he will push Cochran down to AA. I am also not very confident in the rotation that will start the season, but at least two of Leake/Lecure/Maloney should be down by the end of the month, and all of the sudden the rotation is:

    Leake
    Lecure/Maloney
    Wilis
    Klinker
    Lehr/Reineke

which would probably be better then a couple of major league rotations...

Don't believe that's going to happen.

And why not? Cochran has continually proved that he is unable to get AAA players out. Who do you think will go down?

I have an all but set roster, that's why I say so. And not sure about who would go down.

GOYA said " Scratch Daryl Thompson who will start in Carolina " Seems stupid to me as I think he could be a valueable asset out of the bullpen
    Go Reds!

Is your roster for the Bats or Mudcats? If he is not on the mudcats roster, that could mean that he was released, not with the Bats. I just don't see a place for him on the team with Reineke and possibly Thompson now on the roster.
