I am having trouble deciding which version of the old school Reds logo I should use.
Should I go with
1)
or
2)
1) Primary logo 1890 - 1899
2) Alternative logo 1890 - 1899

Go with the version I pasted below.
Probably would look best.
Yeah....no lol :
Seriously...."No Tattoo" should be an option on the poll
Well, I'd vote no logo for myself, but since its not my body, I think the alternative 1890s version that I found on the web looked a little "crisper", so I'd go that route. Though they're both similar, so I guess I'd ask the tatoo artist which one he thought he could replicate better, and would look better on your skin (I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I'll assume they've done a ton and could offer some insight into the subtle differences that could make one look better than the other on your arm)
Ended up going with the primary logo. Alternate wasn't doing it for me.
Finished product.
Got it on left upper arm near the shoulder. Very happy with it. Covered by sleeves so won't be seen at job interviews and such.
Although it's hard to imagine today, those of us who followed the Reds teams of the early to mid 80s know what it's like to be slightly ashamed of being a Reds fan.
nice ink...looks better than mine and i went to one of the best shops in the city...
I like it. My generation only got tattoos if you were drunk or in the navy, but I kind of like the trend. If I were younger, I might get one, but at my age it would just be pathetic.
I share Daniel Tosh's thoughts on tattoos.

To funny, I have been thinking about getting a Reds tattoo also but just haven't jumped the gun and done it. I was thinking of a 1970's Mr. Red on my arm.

I didn't get it just because I love the Reds. I also got it cause it reminds me of all the times I went to games with my dad at riverfront who passed away when I was younger.
