WTH, the Bills take Ryan Mallett. Strong arm, Jim Kelly will mold him into the next star. Bills will have some nice young talent w/ Mallett & Spiller.

At that point in draft, Mallett is good value.

With the 4th pick in the 2nd round, the Denver Broncos select:

    Leonard Hankerson, WR, Miami (FL).

Demaryius Thomas has loads of potential but injury issues. Hankerson provides insurance as well as giving either Tebow or Orton one more weapon. Was thinking Rahim Moore here but he didn't make it to me.

“The crows seem to be calling my name,” thought Caw.

With their 2nd round pick, Cleveland selects:

    DE Jabal Sheard, Pitt

I'm not in love with this pick- Sheard is a little undersized and has an arrest and suspension in 2010- but he's a solid all-around talent who's shown toughness and effort on the field. After him there's a definite dropoff in DEs, and the Browns need one badly. I really wanted Allen Bailey here, but such is life...

I sent a PM to Cedric this morning. I'll give him until 9pm tonight to make a pick.

Maybe we can work out a deal. Joe Thomas' heart is in Green Bay. What else do you need?

Our first double pick, if this was my fantasy football or baseball draft Topcat would be doing a shot right now!

He sent me another name besides Taylor in a PM in case he wasn't around. If he has not picked someone else by 10pm, I will pick the other guy he listed for him before I go to work.

Thought the 49ers were up, but they are not since the 2nd round swaps order.
