any list that does not have lucy ricardo number one is bogus in my book
With all due respect to Mary Tyler Moore, Lucille Ball set the mark for women on television. No one could ever surpass her comedic brilliance.
I would have had Elizabeth Montgomery/Samantha Stephens a little high than 34th. No one could twitch a nose quite like her.
Reds Fan Since 1971
Terrible list. I agree Lucy is number one, but I could live with MTM, but the chick from Battlestar at number 2....no.
This list was a little too recent heavy as well towards the top.
Not a good list.
Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:
Cincinnati Reds - 75, 76, 90
Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13, 15
University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12
Chicago Bulls - 91, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98

Why isn't Xena (Lucy lawless) ranked higher? I demand a recount.
I can't say I was ever a big Lucy fan. I get why she'll be ranked high on the list, but I just never found her all that funny. Mary Tyler Moore ahead of her makes perfect sense to me.
The rankings seem odd in spots (#2 and #8 are insane, and I've never even heard of #4), and I have no idea how you would come up with a true way to order them anyway, but it was at least an entertaining piece.
If you were to ask 100 people to guess the only two actresses to put two different characters on the list, some might get Bea Arthur, but I wonder how many would actually get Katey Sagal?
I don't think I understand the list because Christina Hendricks isn't at #1.
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!
It almost looks like they put the names in a hat and drew for position. Good to see Dee Reynolds make the list though, despite being a relative newcomer compared to the rest of the list. I absolutely love her on Always Sunny.
Could be the worst top 100 list I have even seen.
March is Women's History Month, which makes it the perfect time for our countdown of the 100 best female TV characters in prime-time history.
I'd feel somewhat insulted, as a woman, if I was #27 or higher knowing I got beat out by a pig! LOL
